To widely deploy Internet Telephone services in shortest time, service operators need both good VoIP gateways and a full functional provision support system. The Provisioning System was developed to satisfy the demand. It simplifies the procedure to set up a new gateway on field and makes daily maintenance efficient and centralized.

The system includes three main components: Provision Server, Download Server and Profile Editor. You can use the tools to create or modify configuration files to change gateway settings remotely; or assign new firmware for selected gateways to perform upgrade automatically by schedule.

Furthermore, the Provisioning System will collect the operation report from gateways and store the information in database. This feature keeps track of service state continuously and offers engineer useful record to isolate customer problems.

The Provisioning System also provide application interface to interact with higher level support systems. Standard C language API can be called over network that makes it easy to integrate with existing operation system.
