Octtel Communication company was founded in July 2001. The company capital consists of 2 million US dollars. Our company core technology is based on LINUX embedded platform. Our goal is to combines digital signaling processing and communication technique to research, design, develop, produce and distribute related technological product. With refining and innovate attitude to invent and develop our products is our main working attitude as company policy.
Octtel Communication company current main goal is to develop VOIP Gateway and CTI / Stand alone Call Recording System. We are also zealous towards internet multimedia communication applications. To adapt to the rapid changing market, we also rapidly develop our products and market to suit the demand of our client and market.

Product

VOIP Gateway / IAD: Growth of the internet and broadband connection service application is spreading day by day. Internet application is turning from just a simple data transform to multimedia communication. To adapt to the market's needs, our company use LINUX based technology and CTI development skills to make MG/SL/LP series of VOIP Gateway / IAD. This could save budget on long distance or international telecommunication fee for all enterprises.

VOIP Gateway / IAD supports various protocols: MGCP, SIP, Super Link and various voice codec formats. And also provide analog FXO, FXS port and digital T1/E1/PRI port interfaces. It's user friendly and easy to install, which consider being an essential appliance of all international enterprises and internet service providers.

Call Recording System: In this “e” generation, telephone is an essential appliance of modern human life, thus it bring us convenience, but communication also cause some misunderstanding. This leads negative influence to unilateral or both parties. To the company, it also causes negative impact on sales or image. So appropriate and legitimate telephone records is the best solution to this problem. It's not only stable, user friendly, integrated functions and can record up to 13,000 hours (About 5 years record for general company recording storage) not only bring a convenient recording functions to users with voice data backup system. This also save huge amount of budget and human resource than traditional recording system. It's most suitable for small and medium enterprises and industries.
